Owner

Named 2025 Washington State Vetrepreneur of the Year by Military Friendly, Bryant Kyger founded Certinet in 2021, a veteran-owned and operated managed IT service provider in Yakima, WA.  With 20 years of industry experience, Bryant attained a degree in Information Technology & Communication Systems from Perry Technical Institute.  Before attending Perry Tech, Bryant served four years in the United States Marine Corps. Bryant is a combat veteran following a tour of duty in a Marine Expeditionary Unit where he was trained as a communications specialist. 

Today, Bryant resides in Gleed, WA with his wife Whitney and their two children.

Sales Engineer

Josh joined Certinet in 2025, bringing with him 14 years of industry experience.  A graduate from Perry Technical Institute's Information Technology & Communications Systems program, Josh spent eight years with Intel in the Corporate Services division followed by four years with Burkhart Dental Supply where he served as a technology service technician.

Originally from Yakima, Josh is happily married to his wife, Melissa and also a proud father to their daughter.  In his free time, Josh enjoys all things adventure outdoors. 

System Architect

Gregg has been with Certinet for three years, but he has collaborated with Bryant for over a decade. He holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Bower Community College. Specializing in Networking and Firewalls, Gregg brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Originally from Florida, he has made Yakima his home for 17 years.

He has been happily married to his beloved wife, Nancy, for 41 years.

Lead Systems Engineer

Rico joined Certinet in 2023, bringing with him an impressive 26 years of professional experience in server management, networking, and cloud technologies. His extensive expertise enables him to tackle complex challenges and drive innovative solutions for clients. Rico is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance organizational efficiency and improve user experiences.

Outside of work, Rico cherishes quality time with his three children and beloved dog. 

IT Support Specialist II

Marty joined Certinet in July 2024, bringing over 20 years of expertise in virtualization to the team. Marty brings a unique skill set featuring server support and virtualized computing while specializing in networking and security.  A Yakima native, he thrives on tackling technical challenges and collaborating with his colleagues to find innovative solutions. 

Outside of work, Marty is a devoted family man with three children: two daughters, Katie and Emilie, and a son, Marshall.  Marty enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with his kids.

IT Support Specialist

Matt joined Certinet in April 2024, bringing a strong foundation in cybersecurity backed by a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minor in Cybersecurity from Central Washington University. Originally hailing from Montana, he has made Yakima his home for 15 years.

When he's not tackling cybersecurity challenges, Matt enjoys reading, hiking, practicing jiu-jitsu, and spending quality time with his cat, Duck.

IT Support Specialist

Diana joined Certinet in December 2023, bringing her expertise in IT support to the team. She holds a bachelor's degree in System Administration from Yakima Valley College. Originally from Hollywood, CA, Diana has made the Yakima Valley her home for the past 12 years. 

Outside the workplace, she cherishes quality time with her fiancé, Frank, and son, Jason.

IT Manager

John has been an integral part of Certinet since joining the company in 2024 bringing a lifelong passion for customer success that dates back to his first paper route in 1980. He believes everyone he interacts with is a customer, including his teammates, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. With expertise in customer relations and networking, John utilizes clear and effective communication to build strong relationships. Before joining Certinet, he spent 27 years in Selah. 

John is a proud parent to three children: Holly, Cody, and John. 

IT Support Specialist

Charles officially joined Certinet in 2025 following his externship from Perry Tech. As a well-rounded graduate of Perry Technical Institute’s Information Technology & Communication Systems A.A.S. degree program, Charles serves as a field support specialist, where he capably takes on several different tasks in support of the client.

In his free time, Charles enjoys painting, exploring the outdoors, fishing, and hanging out with friends.  

Office Coordinator

Rachel joined Certinet in 2024, bringing over two years of experience in office administration. Passionate about fostering organized and efficient work environments, she excels in managing daily operations, overseeing billing, and coordinating communication across departments. Rachel is dedicated to ensuring her team has the resources needed to thrive. 

Originally from Yakima, she loves spending time outdoors with friends, hiking and paddleboarding.
